Medical Practices
You agree and understand that we provide administrative services to Noma Therapy of Colorado, P.C. (and we may also provide information to other practices in the future that may be identified on our Sites) (collectively, the “Practices”) each of which are independently owned by licensed physicians. We do not own the Practices, employ or in any way supervise or control the providers providing care. The care provided by a Practice is the sole responsibility of each independent entity and the providers each Practice employs or contracts with. Services and office practices may vary across Practices and you should contact the specific entity for all questions related to the health care services you receive. As a service to those Practices, we make such notices available here. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Marketing Program
We may use your telephone number for the purpose of sending you SMS messaging related to services we are providing to you, or to follow up on a referral made to us by one of your healthcare providers. You may opt-out from receiving SMS messaging from us, at any time, by responding STOP to any of our messages. However, if you decline to receive SMS messaging from us, our services may be less useful to you.
Messaging will be sent by an automated system initiated by our third party messaging provider. We do not share your telephone number with third parties for the purposes of receiving third party marketing messages. We also will not send messages to you promoting the goods or services of third parties.
